Have no idea how they’ve been in business for so long. Only good thing about the place is a gentlemen that works there, very mellow mannered and bilingual, and fair with his reasoning. As far as everything else goes, the products are about as Mickey Mouse as can get, and the other two female employees, do yourself a favor and avoid them as best as u can, or u might end up a victim of that “time of the month” attitude as I was today by one of them. Being a brick n mortar u can physically go to and mark are the only things this place has going for it, best of luck to anyone who chooses to venture down spy shop. I will not be returning, and will only recommend the place to my disliked neighbors. Amazon it is for me until I find a legit spot.

Very knowledgeable about all their products. This is a great place to get personel security devices for home, auto, or work. Clean and frendly atmosphere.

Very patient, very helpful, great people. I wanted some sort of personal protection that was better than just putting my keys in my fist but I had no information. They walked me through all the choices answered all my questions and gave me a lesson on how to use it properly. This experience made appreciate how important it is for little mom and pop businesses like this to exist. I would have wasted so much money buying the wrong things online. So I figured even if they cost a bit more it was worth it but out of curiosity I looked up the same product and to my surprise the online mega store cost $10 more than the spy shop!

Make your investigation go smoothly with this Store! I made a mistake and purchased a GPS tracker online and it did not work for me. I thought since it was cheaper, it would be a better buy but essentially I found out the hard way that cheap doesn’t always equal quality. Definitely Quality over quantity. I ended up coming to the store to find out if my investigation can even be done and luckily all the workers there are very knowledgeable and train you on how to use the products. If I had any technical issues they were very helpful in answering any of my needs. They have great customer service. I ended up making a quite dumb mistake by not switching my GPS tracker on. By accident I had switched my tracker off and put it on the vehicle, and I was no longer able to track which they did inform me ahead of time not to do and yet I did. So that was my mistake. If you are looking for good products to help in your investigation, definitely check the store out. Sometimes online doesn’t equal a good product, the training, and the customer service. Also, since I found out the hard way, I wasted more time trying to purchase online when I could’ve came straight to this store in the first place and found out sooner about a my cheating girlfriend. Definitely coming back to the store for any situation is that might arise in the future.

The young lady that help me was so helpful and took her time with me and my needs and understood my issues that I needed to have addressed. She's also very pretty and very mature. I'll definitely will be going back in there to get some more things. And to say hi
