What an amazing experience with Pro Sherman Oaks Roof & Gutter. I got several roofing estimates, but Jermaine stood out because of the careful roof inspection, the time spent checking the attic, and the clear way everything was explained. I felt fully informed about the roofing system, materials, ventilation, and what the crew would do, which made it easy to choose the team I trusted to get the job done right. The communication from the estimate through scheduling and production was excellent. Lucas got everything on the calendar quickly, and the roof installation crew worked efficiently while keeping the property neat and organized during the whole project. I was especially impressed with the detail in the cleanup afterward, and it was clear they take pride in professional roofing work. The paperwork was simple and easy to follow, and the financing terms were explained in plain language without confusion. The new roof looks great, the workmanship warranty gave me peace of mind, and best of all, the leaks are gone. With the warm Sherman Oaks climate, it was important to have a dependable roof in top shape, and the final result really exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement in Sherman Oaks.

They replaced our roof, gutters, fascia, and downspouts, and I could not rate the service any higher. I compared several well-reviewed roofing contractors, but this crew stood out right away. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the attention to every roofing detail really showed from start to finish. The whole project started with the friendly office team, who made scheduling and communication easy and treated us with real care. Then Jermaine, the foreman, took the time to explain each step of the roofing process and made sure we felt comfortable the entire way through. He answered every question clearly and quickly, and his recommendations for the shingles and black gutter system were exactly right for the home. The finished roofline looks clean, sharp, and high quality. Jermaine and the crew did outstanding work on every part of the job. The roof install, gutter work, and fascia replacement were all handled with skill and professionalism. They paid close attention to cleanup too, leaving the property looking neat and well cared for when everything was done. Everyone on site was polite, helpful, and easy to work with. On the final day, Lucas was especially friendly and made sure every last detail was right. After the work was completed, another manager stopped by to inspect everything and confirm the job met a high standard. Later that evening, Jermaine followed up again to make sure we were fully satisfied. That kind of customer care is hard to find. We are very happy with the results and truly appreciate the quality roofing service, strong communication, and professional follow-through. They earned our trust and will be the first company we call for any future roofing or exterior work.

Pro Sherman Oaks Roof & Gutter is fantastic. They had installed a new roof before, and the roofing service was very fast and professional. Recently, I noticed a small ceiling leak after some rain in Sherman Oaks, so I called right away. From the phone call to arriving at my home, it took about 15 minutes. Jermaine and Lucas came out, inspected the roof, and found the problem quickly. It turned out to be a buildup of leaves and debris along the roofline and gutter area from missed upkeep, which caused rainwater to back up. They cleaned out everything, checked the drainage, and also added extra sealing to strengthen the roof and help prevent future leaks. The crew was skilled, efficient, and professional, and they explained the issue in simple terms. I really appreciate the quick response, honest roofing work, and attention to detail, and I will definitely keep recommending them.
