I recently hired this roofing company for a roof repair and maintenance project and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and highly organized throughout the entire process. From the first consultation, they carefully inspected the roof, explained the issues clearly, and provided honest recommendations along with a detailed estimate. Their communication and transparency immediately gave me confidence in their service. The quality of workmanship was truly impressive. The roofing crew worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail while completing the project. They used high-quality materials and ensured that all repairs and installations were completed properly and safely. I was especially impressed by how neatly they worked and how carefully they protected the surrounding areas during the project. After the work was completed, the roof looked excellent and much more secure and durable.

Stay away from this company at all costs. It has been nothing but stress and headaches with them. We had hired them because Mike had told us he had worked with all his crews for a long time and they were all very professional. The first day the demo/plywood crew was there my husband had asked them how long they had worked with Mike but they didn't even know who Mike was. They same crew left debris everywhere around my yard for days. I'm still picking up old shingles, nails, and wood shards. Then we found out they were drinking on the job. My husband would inspect the roof every day after he got home and took pictures and videos just in case. The first day he found a tall can and the second day he found bottle caps on my roof along with my little dog statue that I have on my front porch, they had put it on the chimney. Also found big gaps between the plywood sheets. Told the supervisor and these guys show up the next day out of the blue questioning my about how he was gonna get paid since he got fired for us snitching. So now they know we were the reason we were fired. Felt scared that day and still feel unsafe now. They also used and took one of my shovels which I had to ask for back. If not, they would have just kept it. The shingle guys did a pretty good job but found it super unprofessional he asked and came in to use my bathroom. That is a safety issue. Also, I have a hole that was put in my plaster ceiling that has cracks going in 5 directions which hasn't been repaired correctly. Not only that it left a huge mess of insulation that I cleaned up. Wonder if they will ever contact us to have someone fix it correctly. Definitely will be reporting them to the California State Contractors Licensing Board.

Like all good contractors, LB Roofing is hard to schedule because they are so much in demand. And that is a good thing! They are busy for a reason and that reason is that they are good. It was a messy re-roofing job requiring quite a bit of removal & repair and they did it in a timely and neat manner. Well done!

When we needed roof repairs, my wife and I called a few companies but were the most pleased by Long Beach Roofing. They were very professional, had great prices, and they worked hard to make sure the job was done right the first time. They did a great job and I will recommend them highly!

My review comes far past the point of installation but I think that gives Long Beach Roofing even more praise! We had our roof re-done years ago and after all the storms we have not had a single issue! The installation was done in a very timely manner and you know these guys are efficient if the finished product is this solid. Appreciate all the hard work, have been referring my friends and neighbors ever since the first time we worked with you.
