C&I was prompt and responsive to our schedule while monitoring the local weather so the work was completed in a dry weather window. A large storm followed the installation and everything performed as promised.

C&I Roofing is a great company. We just finished getting a concrete tile lift and relay with some wood replacement. It took 7 days to complete the project. The crew was a team of 3-4 guys. They showed up on time, ready to work. They were polite and cleaned around our house before they left daily. We are happy with how the roof looks…No more leaks!

I was looking for a roofing team to re-roof my 2000 sq-ft ranch-style home. The roof is composition shingle. I did my due diligence, researching roofing companies/contractors in the San Diego area and obtaining seven (7) quotes. C&I came back as the low bidder - which, honestly, made me a little nervous at first. But I did my research and they seemed like a solid company - having been a staple in Spring Valley for decades and having good customer reviews as well as an A+ rating with BBB. In addition, they were using the same or superior materials to all the other guys. I hired them and was very glad I did. This company is awesome - from top to bottom. The work team they sent out was stellar - timely, efficient and focused on their job. They were also very friendly and put-up with all my questions. They did all the fascia and rafter-tail repairs/replacement along with the re-roof. Their work and finished product were fantastic. In addition, the office team had great communication skills - I received daily progress updates with photos. I highly recommend C&I - Awesome value and service. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from these guys.

This is now the second review I’ve had to leave for people driving company vehicles because they’re driving like jerks. The driver cut us off in bumper to bumper traffic and expected us to see their signal while riding parallel to our car, then just started coming over and almost side swiped us. Not to mention I have my 12 month old daughter in the car with us. Do better!!!

The best company I have ever done business with. From start to finish, my project went perfectly. The entire crew was extremely courteous, friendly, and did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended. Thanks to all involved ! Job well done
