I'd like to forget about these guys, but they keep sending me mailers. I made the mistake of not thoroughly vetting these guys when I needed quick repairs during 2019 winter's heavy rains. It didn't rain until the next (19/20) winter. None of their repairs held up, and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders when I called them. It seems like this company subcontracts their work. So, you'll never know who's really fixing your roof. Good luck with another roofer. (I found a really good one, eventually.)

It was our first time having to replace our roof, but it was overdue. We had a lot of wood damage and Premium Roof Services was up front about that. We didn't really have any surprises, so that was nice. I think prices initially surprised me, but I think wood/construction have just gone up tremendously with the tariffs, etc. Of the three bids I got from top companies, all using the same Owen's Corning products and warranties, they gave me the best bid by about $2k. The guys were there at around 7am every morning and left around 3pm (heat of the day), and finished in 3-4 days. They cleaned up after themselves each day and even swept our property the last day. We did still find a lot of nails and screws in the dirt and grass, but we expected as much. The ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. They followed up with every question and request, or connected me with the right person on site. They made this process much less stressful (it is about the biggest maintenance cost on your home, so it's stressful), and I appreciated that. I have nothing negative to say, I highly recommend them! Now, we wait until the first rainstorm to see just how good they did. ;)

I contacted Premium Roof Services after having problems with a leaking roof due to previous faulty work. An inspection of the roof showed that it had too many problems and the only way to resolve these issues was to have a new roof installed correctly. I am so happy that I chose Premium Roof Services. They were beyond professional and communicated with me throughout the installation of the roof. Insulation was placed over an area that has a cabin roof and we can already feel the difference in the temperature of the room. The crew showed up on time and when the work was completed, my property was left impecable. I am extreme satisfied with Premium Roof Services and glad I chose them for my much needed new roof.
