Great time coming here to shop for phones. Didn't end up getting anything this time but the AT&T rep and one of the 📱 people were trying to be very helpful. Super clean and easy to find stuff but I'm just not totally sold on the membership to get discounts on cell phones and appliances are the same now! I guess they are both durable goods!

She listened carefully to what I needed, answered all my questions without rushing, and even suggested some great alternatives I hadn’t thought of. Back in October 2025, I had a dash camera installed in my car. In January 2026, the camera suddenly stopped working, so I took my car to the Torrance Best Buy store to have it checked. Alfred Ayala took the time to inspect everything carefully and explained that the issue was not related to the wiring or installation, but to the camera itself. He advised me to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Unfortunately, the company was not able to help me, so I decided to purchase a new camera. Alfred was incredibly kind and helpful, he reinstalled the new camera, programmed it, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks to him, I now have a dash cam in my car again. Alfred is very knowledgeable, extremely nice, and his customer service truly goes above and beyond. He really walks the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Best Buy has a great autotech installer team at this location. There was also another young Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was very kind and helpful as well. I don’t have enough words to express how much I appreciate the help and professionalism of these guys. Thank you for such excellent service!

Went to Best Buy only for an over the stove microwave. We were greeted by Chase and he helped us with our big purchase. We were able to bundle a deal with a new Samsung Stove and Frig. We also got the Best Buy Membership for added benefits. We are very happy with our purchase. A1 service with a smile.
