Sue is the best. She explained all the plans and costs in detail. Was very polite and helpful. Switching Internet can be a pain, but not with Lightwave. Such a Night and Day difference from the headache of other Internet Providers.

After dealing with consistent and multiple service outages, I reached out to Lightwave tech support only to learn our home location is at the mercy of one specific tower. Instead of charging us full price for an upgraded system, Sue went out of her way to ensure we didn’t have to pay extra in costs, and retained us as a customer. Thank you Sue!

Happy I get to update this now and will 100% be keeping the 5 star rating! It is amazing! Firstly the team of people is absolutely amazing! Sue is amazing, the customer support and getting through is absolutely incredible and she delivers this with great ease! Chris was awesome! Super amazing man with great knowledge and skills and got me running smooth, both of these people were great in responding to my questions and getting me set up. The internet is amazing, it is significantly better than AT&T in All ways and is able to blow their download and upload speeds out of the water! I’m a major gamer and being able to download games and watch videos is a major plus and I can do all of that 4x faster than I could with my previous internet. The latency is also Amazing, I have been use to having bad ping and lagging in games due to AT&T for a while. Thankfully this service fixes that problem and now I can game and truly be in the game instead of waiting for the next lag spike to hit! I’m a huge fan of this amazing service and highly recommend others give it a try!

Cutting the cord with Cox thanks to excellent service from Sue and Chris! Just had service installed a few days ago and I'm very happy with the speed and the install appointment. This is the second service I've started with Lightwave...the first was for the small church I attend. I've already ordered a modem to replace my Mom's service with Cox. She's going to be so happy to get away from them. And it's great to have that personal service that comes with a local small business. Thanks Sue for taking care of my Mom's setup and making it easy.
