I've been using VC Wireless for over 5yrs since moving to the area back in 2020. The initial set up was quick and professional and later fine-tuning I needed esp when I changed routers/enhanced my signal throughout the home was exactly the right solution. They are always very responsive, friendly, and thorough. I thought I needed a faster package, but in this remote area, I've really only had 1 time where I had any issues and that wasn't due to VC Wireless. They answer questions quickly and even the owner would get on the phone with me in the early days to help troubleshoot anything, although there was rare issues- just some finetuning during initial set up. They actually reduced my billing last year- what company does that these day?! I'm a very satisfied client!
