Colin seemed very knowledgeable about safety and my other animals in the house. I appreciate that! So does my turtle! We got instructions on staying away for 2 hours, and we did! I took my flea ridden dog for a bath and got some spray for my car at the same time. He told me to vacuum twice a day, which makes sense, and wash bedding. Also makes sense. He was kind and helpful which made the whole thing work! He really went the extra mile for me. So did the office, which really sealed it for me. Fleas are no fun and I have tried by myself with no luck. I really need a professional. And they are!

Spoke to Wyatt about service and he was able to help me with same day and the Rep was at my home within 30 mins. The field rep Jose was super friendly and called prior to his arrival. He was in and out in under 20 minutes and explained the process to us before he started. He was very professional and well mannered. Definitely will be continuing routine maintenence with them. When he left he sent me a text. Wonderfully priced for my family of 4 thats budgeting just like we all are. 5 of 5 stars! Ty Wyatt and Jose!

Justin did a great job and was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained the process of each chemical and their use. He also informed me on what to expect after the visit. Brooks pest control is by far the best company I’ve worked with and am happy to continue their services without any hesitation. Great work and affordable pricing.

The service was 10/10. My tech was Charlie and he was so informative, patient, and helpful with all my questions and concerns. He was also very considerate of my one year old and prioritized her safety.

Disappointing experience. About a week ago, Brooks performed a disinfection service at my property. A few days later, a rat died inside the premises, causing a very unpleasant odor. I contacted the company to ask for assistance in locating and removing the dead animal. A technician was sent, but after a brief inspection he said he could not find anything and left, explaining that he had another appointment. Eventually, I had to find and remove the rat myself. I tried calling and messaging the technician afterward, but received no response. Overall, the service and follow-up were disappointing. Better communication and responsibility toward the client would be appreciated.
