There were 3 people in the way as soon as I entered with my mom, they were talking very loud, it took a bit for the tax preparer to shake my hand and introduce herself to me, she did not bother closing the door which got me paranoid. It didn't take a long time for them to get my taxes done. Then, when she was done, all she said was "thank you". They do not have basic customer service skills. Also let me say this was my first time coming here since a friend refered me here. She didn't bother shaking my hand or leading me outside whatsoever. These people need to step it up and take a customer service class or something.
