I’ve personally used them in the past years and the techs were very sympathetic to my situation. Very helpful and informative. This year my apartment manager hired them to fumigate my apartment and thr tech was not sympathetic, not informative, not helpful, he had very short phrases when explaining how things will go/work out. And even seemed offended when I asked for further information and clarification so I can better comprehend the plan of extracting the pest. I even asked if we can do a walk through ahead of time so that I understand what the end goal of all the fumigation and he showed no interest in my suggestion. Also the first fumigation took less than 5 MINUTES but they counted that as a full fumigation. This company is money hungry
