Michael came out to service our home for regular pest control. He really knows his stuff and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going to be done as part of the service along with what would be sprayed. He was very thorough and made sure to check in with me before heading out. We have had pinpoint pest control for just over a year now and have been very happy with their work. We are rarely home during our service, but we recently had Nathan out to service our property and he was polite and quick. He asked how things were holding up, if there was anything in particular he could check out and was sure we had an opportunity to make any requests or answer any questions before leaving the property. Great service from Pinpoint Pest Control! Nathan was friendly and courteous. He made sure to take down all the spider webs around my house and yard. I appreciate the attention to detail! The chemicals they use are pet and wildlife friendly. Never had any issues with it. And if the ants come marching back, a simple call will have someone stop by and take care of it! James is my favourite service technician. He always does a great job and has respect for my yards and deck. Most importantly he waits until I answer the front door before he starts the pest control service, so I can keep my pups inside while he’s spraying .
