Second time working with them. Fair pricing, and very prompt response. First time in 2024 he was able to repair my unit and get the equipment covered by manufacturer warranty, saving me $1300. Second time this month he gave by for an issue with my thermostat. Came by in less than 24 hours notice, and got it fixed within the hour. Very satisfied.

Great experience! My AC wouldn’t turn on, and the technician quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had everything working again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The repair was covered under my home warranty, and the whole process was smooth

I had a great experience with Air Now Heating & Cooling, Inc for my new A/C installation. The technician, Ray, was professional and highly efficient. He swapped out our old system and had the new Goodman AC unit up and running perfectly in under five hours. Ray took the time to ensure everything was clean and working smoothly before he left. I highly recommend this company for fast, top-tier HVAC service.

I cannot recommend Air Now Heating & Cooling enough! Ray (Owner) and Raul just finished installing a brand new 3-ton Goodman rooftop packaged system at my home in West Covina, and the entire experience was flawless. As a veteran, I truly appreciate honesty, clear communication, and a strong work ethic—and they delivered on all fronts. Ray was directly on the roof doing the heavy lifting himself, ensuring the job was done safely and correctly. They brought in a professional crane service, modified my ductwork plenum seamlessly, installed a new digital thermostat, and left the entire property completely clean. They got the job done very quickly! If you are looking around for quotes, do yourself a favor and call them. Because the owner runs a lean, efficient operation and works out in the field himself, he passed the savings directly on to me. I got an incredibly competitive, great market price that easily beat out the bloated corporate quotes I received elsewhere. They provide premium, top-tier craftsmanship without the corporate price gouging. Great pricing, licensed and insured professionalism, and fantastic customer service. I had saved up for this installation and paid in full today, but I believe financing is available. Support this great local business!

I had an excellent experience with Air Now Heating & Cooling and can’t recommend them enough. I needed my furnace replaced, and Ray made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He actually showed up early for our appointment, which I really appreciated. Leading up to the visit, he was incredibly communicative and easy to reach by both call and text, which made scheduling and coordination stress-free. During the installation, Ray was professional, tidy, and very respectful of my home. He took the time to walk me through how the new system works and even helped me get my thermostat synced with my phone. Before leaving, he ran multiple tests to make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s clear that Ray is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. The quality of his work and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend Air Now Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for any future repairs or maintenance. Thanks again, Ray!
