I recently moved across the country and had a new case waiting for me. Got it put together, but wanted to take it to Micro Center (🤡) for diagnostics regarding a boot/post issue. Spent $80 for them to not fix the issue ,and a complementary bad taste in my mouth. Down $80 and no functioning computer, I wanted nothing to do with Micro Center, or Geek Squad. I was surfing google maps and spotted a business slightly more convenient for my commute, called VÖXBURG. Upon entry, Peter was beyond welcoming, and as transparent as can be. I needed a diagnostics test, and was charged a staggering $0 for him find and fix the problem (🤯) He also cleanly and professionally constructed a build for my partner they brought in to have parts swapped for the previous ones. We were in awe at his cable management, and assured us of his work when he displayed our (functioning) PCs on a monitor for us! Peter knows ball. He eats, sleeps and breathes VÖXBURG. You can tell by how passionate and excited he is when he talks about the shop’s lore and growth for the future. You know the service is gonna be immaculate when you have someone as enthusiastic providing such a delicate service to the public. I appreciate you, VÖXBURG, and Peter! I normally expect (and am happy to pay) an upcharge at small businesses for more personalized service, but not only were the diagnostics 100% FREE, the fix was so simple that he didn't even charge us! I had also just bought a bunch of new parts for my PC and brought them to VOXBURG for installation - they offer a super convenient BYOH service. Peter had my build ready the very next day! On top of his technical skills and efficiency, Peter has a level of passion for gaming PCs that you won't find at Micro Center or Geek Squad. You know you're getting good service because you're working with someone who has genuine interest in the work. He takes a lot of pride in his business and it shows. There's a whole story behind Voxburg - I'm talking lore and visuals and everything! We plan on sticking with VOXBURG and Peter for all our future PC needs!

Wonderful people! This is a very late review but I remember being given great service and help from the people here. I built my first PC 10 months ago and had made some very obvious mistakes, they were fixed quickly and the people there informed me that I could add more components to help my PC live a long life (it’s doing great because of the suggestion). They’re also very helpful over the phone.

my prebuilt pc had a busted psu and gpu, needed it replaced and decided to get it done at voxburg. peter and josh helped me put and ran diagnostics on my pc for free, and gave their recommendations. they were able to get my pc rigged with a new psu and gpu in a relatively short time all while giving me discounts and a lighter price tag than buying a new pc or going anywhere else. I cannot recommend Voxburg and Peter enough! I brought in my custom water-cooled rig after hitting a wall with constant overheating and shut-offs. I'm pretty tech-savvy and had already attempted several troubleshooting steps myself, but I finally had to admit defeat and bring it to a professional. From the moment I walked in, Peter was incredibly professional. He listened to everything I had already tried and asked all the right questions to get a clear picture of what was going on. What really stood out was the communication. Peter provided consistent updates while he was working on the machine, so I was never left wondering about the status.
