Had a last minute emergency with pests, and being we have two little kids at home we needed to make a decision, fortunately we were able to get in contact with Andy and he came out on a Sunday to service my family’s needs. I have previously used this company when we saw two mice on two separate occasions. We wanted to nip it in the bud. They came out the next day and sealed all entrances and did weekly inspections. We haven't had an issue since. Recently we had issues with bugs. Again I called them, they came out within 2 days and arrived right on time. Josue was amazing. He was very detailed and answered every question I had. This whole company is amazing. From the owner, Josh, the receptionist, Chantelle and anyone who works there. I highly recommend.

Can not speak highly enough about Pal Pro - they were so responsive and efficient. Josue our technician was lovely. He was very informative and thorough. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). We are using regular bi-monthly service now which is very reasonable to ensure our yard is safe spider/bug free for the kiddo. It made such a difference. Very happy all around.

The second night I heard loud noises coming from my attic in the wee hours of the morning, I knew I had a critter problem. I called PAL Pro and Josh promptly arrived the next day and did a thorough inspection to determine that rats had taken up residence in my attic. Josh proposed a plan to block access, set traps in the attic and place bait boxes near the identified entry points and came back the next day to do the work. So far, so good. Josh is scheduled to come back to inspect the traps and see how the treatment has worked. I will have to post again after some time has passed to update, but I know that Josh stands behind his work so he won't be satisfied until the problem has been resolved. After the initial service, I have engaged PAL Pro to perform monthly service to keep the critters at bay. Josh is here regularly each month AND recently was responsive to a call I placed when I smelled a rat (no pun intended) the day before out of town guests were to arrive. Josh is not only personable, hard-working and professional but it is obvious that he truly cares about doing the best job possible. On top of that, he is conscientious about cleaning up. It's been a pleasure to do business with him. He is now my go-to guy when it comes to pest control. Call PAL Pro if you have the need for pest control. You won't be disappointed!
