My husband and I were digging up the front yard to get rid of some roots from a tree that existed before we moved into this house and we bursted the main water line to the house. I called Richard within the minutes after the pipe bursted on a Saturday morning and he promptly arranged an emergency rescue and the broken pipe segment was replaced within an hour at a reasonable price. As a bonus, the big root that we were trying to dig out was also got taken out. This isn't my first job with Richard. Every time, the job is done correctly, on-time, and professionally. I'm grateful to not just found my trusted plumber, but also a lifetime relationship with them

We gave Elite Plumbing a second call because we had an unexpected clogged toilet. We were lucky enough to have Richard come help us again! He thoroughly explains everything and has great customer service. He is our new go-to plumber. The service was fair priced and our toilet was fixed within an hour and a half from once we called! Great service overall.

The backyard lawn was thankfully spared because these guys used a trenchless sewer replacement method instead of digging up the whole place. They pulled up in a massive clean truck right on time and were incredibly polite from the moment they introduced themselves at the front gate. The main line had a massive root intrusion that was backing up the master toilet every single time we ran the washing machine. They got the new pipe pulled through in a single afternoon and didn't leave any mess! Genuinely happy with Elite Plumbing and also a plus that they are located in Whittier!!!

It was HOT & COLD water in the house because our tank was messed up. It was time for a new one honestly! Had these amazing plumbers come out for a tankless water heater installation and they were so incredibly patient with our golden retriever who wouldn't stop barking at their toolboxes the entire morning. It is such a massive weight off my shoulders to finally have endless hot water again and not have to worry about anything flooding the drywall. They even took the time to show me how the digital thermostat works on the wall before they wrapped up.

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing and Hydrojetting. After a terrible experience with another local well known plumbing company who was hired to clear my shower drain, but was unable to without spending thousands of dollars to dig up and replace pipes, I reached out to these plumbers in Whittier, and I am beyond grateful for the amazing service I received from this company. Richard was promptly sent out and he went above and beyond to clear the drain, even calling Joseph to bring a camera that could possibly help. Within an hour the drain was clear, everything cleaned up and they left a very happy and relieved homeowner. I can't thank them enough for the honest, polite and knowledgeable service that they provided. They have a customer for life.
