Hired them to install an oak hardwood floor in our kitchen. After they finished I would have rated the work a C-, but now the floor has started to fail and I've noticed other big issues, so it's a solid F. The finish work (sanding, stain, topcoat) was all amateur hour: heavy tooling marks all over from the sanding; smeared stain in several spots; splattered top coat. Within about a week many boards have started to become loose and lift up. I also noticed: large sections that were never fasthened down; lumpiness along all the edges; large gaps that were not filled correctly. Overall a complete waste of my time and money.

Really trusted his estimate.

This company is simply amazing. Their work, communication even their cleaning was such a pleasant experience. It took me a week to find the tile I wanted but I was very picky. Rick found the right quality and price I wanted and the job was done 2 days early. I strongly suggest Rick and Caliber Flooring
