I’m a very detail-oriented person myself, so I tend to notice things, document what I’m seeing, and connect pieces of information that might otherwise be easy to overlook. Shane not only appreciated that, he was receptive to it. We were able to exchange observations and ideas, including a few ways that newer technology and better-quality documentation could potentially be useful in identifying pests and even helping the business. What impressed me most, though, was Shane’s own curiosity and attention to detail. He listened, explained what he was seeing, shared his knowledge, and took the time to actually understand what was happening around my property rather than simply treating it as another appointment to get through. I also think work like his deserves more recognition than it sometimes receives. Good pest control isn’t just about getting rid of bugs. It helps protect a property and its value, prevents small problems from becoming larger ones, and gives the people living there a greater sense of comfort and safety in their own home. I’m a new customer with Clark Pest Control. Paul was our technician, he wqs very nice and professional. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the spider webs and treating our huge property. I love that we’ll have the same technician every month and not have to explain our concerns each visit. The price is reasonable. Glad I switched to Clark Pest Control

The sales representative from Clark Pest Control named Parker, was incredibly kind, honest, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was transparent about what to expect. I felt comfortable enough to sign up on the spot, and I'll be canceling my service with Terminix tomorrow. One thing that really stood out to me is that Clark service control already services several of my neighbors, so they're familiar with the pest issues in our area and know exactly what to look for and treat. On top of that, their mosquito guarantee was a huge bonus! Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this was one of those experiences where you just know you're in good hands. I'm genuinely excited to start working with Clark Pest Control and highly recommend giving them a call!

Pablo was great. He did a great job. He was on time, called prior to coming, explained what he was doing, and did a great job. Also he went beyond the call of duty as the morning he showed up we had a sick squirrel die in our backyard and he took care of removing the body. I really appreciated that!

She took the time to explain the treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision by switching providers. My service technician, Diego, was equally impressive. He contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm his arrival time and responded promptly to all of my texts and questions throughout the day. His communication was excellent. During the service, Diego took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear instructions regarding the rat traps in my backyard and the bait stations. He thoroughly treated the property, wiped down all of the eaves, and made sure everything was completed properly. He also followed my instructions to lock the gate behind him and came to the door when the service was finished to let me know he was done. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. The initial service took a little over 45 minutes, which showed attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right. After having another pest control company for seven years, where technicians were often in and out in 15 minutes or less, it was refreshing to experience this level of service. The customer service has been far superior, and the pricing is more competitive as well. Based on my experience, Clark Pest Control has earned my confidence.
