SAULO is the best commercial tech ever, highly recommend them and always informs us if anything is wrong with the building. If your looking for a GREAT tech Saulo is the guy, thank you , Diana

5 stars for my technician because he was knowledgeable, always on time, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the insect problem was never resolved. What was most frustrating was that it took six months into the contract for the company to tell me there isn't an effective poison treatment for spiders. Had I known that from the beginning, I could have made a more informed decision about whether to use the service. There are plenty of other pest control companies out there, so do your research before signing up. Also, be cautious about feeling pressured into a contract by Dewey door-to-door sales representatives. Take the time to compare your options and choose the company that best meets your needs.

We don't normally like to leave negative reviews however, the most unprofessional company i have come across in years. we have practically begged them for their services and it is nearly impossible to get in contact with our 1st inspector, asked to speak to a manager, he jumped on a call with me, but promised to call me back, which he never did. the front desk scheduled me for Thursday 4/23 which never happened. called in the afternoon on the 23rd, to only be told it was an error and they are still waiting for approval through my insurance company. Ask for a different inspector, he comes out but he has very knowledge regarding termites. I don't hear back again, until we follow-up two additional times, which at that point the 2nd inspector calls and texts same day to schedule our services. To this day, i have not received services.

I used Dewey for a one time treatment and I wasn’t expecting it to be this thorough. Moises was great, knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of the whole property and showed me where the concerning areas were and what to do moving forward.

The technician is always prompt and notifies us the day before and also as they are driving over. They are very thorough and take thrir time and willing to do extra spraying upon request. Dewy Pest is a great company.
