I am beyond 100% satisfied with the service I receive from Julio! He is by far the best service technician I have ever come across. He is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Eco Guard is very lucky to have an employee like Julio.

I had a great experience with my technician, Manuel. He addressed all of my concerns, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood everything. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him.

Michael was very personable and informative. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Showed proper concern for my 2 small dogs that were present at the time of the application. Very pleased with experience.

He is so professional with great customer service. He knows what he is doing and explain everything and make sure he answer all my question or any concern I have. Always answer with smile and respectful. I really appreciate his service and really appreciate his customer service. Thank you for sending him and as always i really appreciate your company service.

If I could give EcoGuard more than five stars, I absolutely would. We’ve been using them for a while now, and honestly, they’ve become one of those rare companies you actually look forward to seeing each month. Their pricing is refreshingly affordable, there are no surprise fees, no confusing add-ons - just honest, straightforward service that doesn’t make your wallet cry. One of the biggest reasons we chose EcoGuard in the first place was their pet-friendly approach. Their products and treatments are super effective without being harsh or worrying for the furry members of the family. Trust me, that peace of mind alone is worth its weight in gold. But the real superstar here is our technician, Aidan. This guy is a gem. Every time he treats our house, he reaches out before he comes, lets us know what’s happening, answers every tiny question I throw at him, and shows up with the friendliest attitude. He doesn’t just spray and dash - he checks everything, explains what he’s doing, and always takes the extra step to make sure our home stays pest-free. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even cover it. He delivers the highest level of service with a smile, and we appreciate him more than he probably knows. EcoGuard has earned a lifelong customer with us. If you’re looking for a company that’s friendly, affordable, thorough, pet-safe, and staffed with people who actually care, look no further.
