Funny how i gave your tech a great review but the company a bad review and it cant be found. As i said thank god for ivan he is the only reason im still using purcor. You broke a contract with my cockroach problem and never did your follow up within 30 days, and your customer service when you call and “Melissa” puts you through are very rude and hung up on me. You will never come inside my home do help with a problem, and as I said Ivan is great i will keep my gopher and outside pest monthly contract but thats it.

I had a great experience with PURCOR Pest Solutions. My technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The service was efficient and thorough, and I truly appreciate his help. Overall, an excellent experience and I’m very thankful for Robert’s assistance. I would definitely recommend PURCOR Pest Solutions to anyone needing reliable pest control services.

Thank you, Brandon for helping my family to get rid of those pesky gophers. We tried every other process, and this is the only one that worked. I was very happy to sign up for the monthly service.

Another great service experience with Purcor today. This time, our technician Isaac did a phenomenal job. I was especially impressed with his communication and professionalism. He kept me updated on his arrival, and when I let him know I needed about 30 more minutes to get home, he graciously serviced another customer first and then circled back to take care of my home once I arrived. That level of flexibility and customer service is truly appreciated — and honestly rare these days. Thank you, Isaac and Purcor, for going above and beyond!

Robert at Purcor has been a great service provider. Really appreciate his punctuality and clear communication. Has also been very accommodating to my needs as a new parent to answer all my questions on how the products used may or may not affect our children's availability to play around treated areas.
