Its my first time have bad reviews ever . Very terrible and unprofessional for this company. We pay a lot money for mouse service but them dont do the job correctly. Mouse keep going inside our house after the professionals come like day after. Look like them dont do the job correctly z waste our money and our time. Cant trust them. Terrible company. The guys name Is KEN is not helpful.

I am so glad I choose Western Exterminator! I got the DREAM TEAM! Francisco, Carlos, Freddy. Francisco came yesterday. He was awesome, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My mom even fell in love w/him lol. We had birds in our attic. Francisco came and checked everything out, he explain everything and gave us a quote which we thought was fair due to the amount of work that needed to be done, we were very happy w/the cost. He gave me his card and told me to feel free to call if I had any questions, he was available each time I called him. He really cares about the customers. He got us an appointment to get the job done the very next day. Carlos and Freddy came today and KICKED ASS! They were fast and quiet, didn't even know they were here and I work remotely from home so that was a plus. They were in the attic, outside doing what they had to do, complete 110% PROS! They were also friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, super nice to talk with and explained everything. Like Francisco they also care about the customers. I will recommend Western Exterminator to all my friends, family and the public. I can go on and on about these guys, their service and Western Exterminator! They truly gave my mother and I peace of mind.

It was for an annual termite inspection. The specialist was Steve Pegram. He is outstanding. Very customer service oriented. Knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend him for any service needs.

I had a scheduled appointment on April 1, 2026, for maintenance for subterrain termites. They were a no show and no call. I called the main number and requested a call back, but they didn't call. I then requested a supervisor, and still no call back. After numberous calls, and no call back, I am very disappointed with the lack of service and being put through this loop. This is April 6th and I am just put through a loop again. I cannot even schedule my maintenance service due to a supervisor is to call me first. I do not recommend them!

This company has gone through several acquisitions and we have been customers for over 20 years. When you try to cancel auto pay, there is no option on their online website. The quarterly spray service is overpriced by approximately $60 per quarter and the termite warranty is overpriced by $150. In the past 20 years, we have seen their prices inch up. You can never speak directly to the office you have to go through a call center. We prefer a smaller shop and these days with online reviews and yelp there is no reason why a person has to go through these big corporate centers. We tried to cancel our service online and cancel auto pay, and there was no option. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with their call center, I finally spoke to an individual. I asked for an email confirming our cancellation after we telephonically advised them to cancel service. They said they sent it. We waited online with them. Nothing showed up. The next day still nothing ….had to call them again. They claim that they have canceled our service, but we will have to see ; we have nothing in writing other than our phone calls. I do not recommend using this company any longer until they can provide better customer service in all areas: telephonically, reduce their prices, and a local representative to talk to instead of a call center.
