Anthony and his crew were amazing. Anthony really cared about me as a customer. He made sure I understood all the parts and how both the heater and air conditioner worked. He took so much time to explain everything. We tested the final product together so that I could demonstrate my understanding. I interviewed 5 companies but chose Pristine because of Anthony. From the first meeting I knew I could trust him and that I was getting a superior product. Anthony kept me informed throughout the entire process and the team left their work áreas clean at the end of the installation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Omar did an amazing job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and got my A/C working perfectly. I had been dealing with the heat for a while, so I was beyond happy and relieved that he was able to fix the problem. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Omar and Pristine Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. Thank you so much

Pristine installed a whole new system at my house from the beginning of the home consultation the technician was very kind and professional and very trust worthy. out of three bids I chose pristine. I felt no pressure at all from them and they took care of my house and my needs. I highly highly recommend them!! They genuinely care about their clients. I’m very happy with my decision!!

We had our entire HVAC system replaced and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. This was a complete overhaul. New condenser, furnace, evaporator coil, all-new ductwork, an added duct run, a full chemical flush of the lines, and a new WiFi-enabled thermostat. The crew knocked it all out in just under two days! The pace didn't come at the cost of quality either; the work was clean, thorough, and clearly done by people who knew exactly what they were doing. Just look at the furnace install in the photo, it honestly looks like a piece of artwork. You can tell they take real pride in their craft and put genuine passion into every detail. They installed everything to code, walked us through the warranties, and even cleaned up after themselves so well you'd never know a major job had just happened. The system has been running perfectly since. If you need HVAC work done right and done fast, these are the folks to call. Highly recommend.

Had 5 different quotes from 5 different companies and Pristines offer blew me away. They offered me a free Wi-Fi thermostat and a free UV air filtration system with my unit replacement. Their warranties were amazing compared to the others. What stood out was the five-year free labor warranty, which I really liked. The installers were very respectful/nice and took care of my home. I’m happy my with my decision to use them my house has never felt better! I’ll be telling all my friends and family!!
