Why retail tenants in Escondido work with brokerage providers
A tenant-rep broker who knows retail is different from a generalist. Retail leases turn on center-specific terms — co-tenancy clauses, percentage rent, exclusive-use protections, radius restrictions, and who pays for the storefront build-out — and the right broker negotiates those before the LOI is signed. Independent retailers also use brokers for site selection across competing centers, renewal leverage when the landlord assumes you will stay, and relocation when a center changes hands or an anchor leaves.

As a small business owner on Grand Ave. in downtown Escondido, having Sabrina as a realtor is such a gift. She knows the market there like the back of her hand. And when it comes to negotiating a killer deal, there is no one better than Sabrina! She is tough but kind, always looks out for the best interests of her client, goes out of her way for you, and makes you feel safe and secure about your decision. 5 stars are not enough!

Sabrina is not only a great person, she is wonderful as a realtor. She listens to your needs and concerns while also advising you on best practices and is very professional. She is also highly involved with our Escondido community and as a resident here, she adds the necessary knowledge for selling a home in this city. We loved having her with us on our sales journey as we embark on new roads ahead for our family!

Sabrina is the fourth realtor and only one to stick with me on this very specific, not your average, hunt for a lot. We’ve been out to the outback in adventures that almost got us stuck. But we laughed through it and here we are. She’s very patient and kind throughout the process! Thank you Sabrina, for sticking with me and not ghosting me like the others.
