Was typically average to work with, but when ending our lease they charged a $350 cleaning fee for an office that they mentioned “looked professionally cleaned” when dropping off our keys. Previous policy for the offices was to change the carpet upon new lease, but we cleaned everything entirely regardless. A new owner took over mid lease and we did not sign any new paperwork with them, however since it is the new owner’s policy to not change the carpet they charged us. Will not work with them again.
