Our home was completely transformed into a modern, inviting outdoor living area thanks to Brad and his crew. From the start, they stood out with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and real commitment to the remodeling project. We hired them to design and renovate our backyard, and they fully rebuilt the space to create a yard that truly works for everyday outdoor living. They added durable concrete areas for our son to play, planted beautiful trees and California-friendly native plants, and installed new fencing that gave the whole property a clean, finished look. The team also custom built and installed a large front gate, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The gate and the full yard design get compliments all the time. They paid close attention to detail, kept the job site organized, and made the entire landscape and exterior renovation process smooth and stress-free. We would gladly hire them again for future home improvement projects and highly recommend them for backyard remodeling, fencing, gates, and outdoor renovation work.

Our HOA hired a remodeling contractor for several exterior renovation projects. The first job was replacing eight cantilever-style balconies, and the whole process was handled with real care from beginning to end. The crew and Nicholas kept the work area safe, followed the daily schedule closely, and finished the project the way they said they would. The craftsmanship looked excellent, and the new balconies greatly improved both the appearance and function of the building. The second project was a two-story retaining wall, which turned out to be a larger and more detailed construction job than expected. Even with the added complexity, the team stayed organized, communicated well, and delivered strong results. We were very pleased with the finished work and appreciated their experience with structural and exterior improvement projects. They have also been helpful with guidance and recommendations for other remodeling and property improvement needs. Based on our experience, we would confidently use them again for complex renovation work and plan to continue working with them on future projects.

From the first call to the final installation, the whole home improvement project was explained clearly by every team member. Adding central air was a major upgrade that I had delayed for a long time, so I was very happy that the financing options fit my budget. The crew finished the work on time, stayed organized, and worked efficiently to deliver quality results. The project manager checked in often, shared updates, and answered my questions right away, which made the process smooth and stress free. They removed the old wall heater, cleaned up the area well, and left the wall neatly prepared and ready for paint. The installation looks great, the workmanship was solid, and the entire remodeling experience felt professional from start to finish. I am very pleased with the whole process.

When we first connected with Damian from Top Hardwood Flooring, we were honestly thrilled to start our home remodeling journey. Over the course of our planning, Damian patiently guided us through every step, helping us figure out exactly what we wanted for our home in Glendale. What really stood out was that this company takes care of everything—design, engineering, planning, and construction—all handled by their experienced team. Everything Damian promised was delivered right on target. The cost estimate we received was completely accurate, so there were no unexpected expenses along the way. We had heard so many stories about how stressful remodeling projects could be, but our experience was the complete opposite. The whole process was smooth, well-organized, and even enjoyable. When we first saw the design plans, we told Damian that if our house ended up looking like the drawings, we would be more than satisfied. He confidently told us it would look even better, and he was absolutely right. The final results exceeded all our expectations. Our newly remodeled home is truly our dream space, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
