Why retail tenants in La Jolla work with construction providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We hired Kevin to build our 16x20’ backyard deck, and we couldn’t be happier! The design was complex, but Kevin’s expertise and attention to detail made it come out perfectly. Not only was his craftsmanship exceptional, but he also offered the most competitive price compared to other contractors. His professionalism, reliability, and excellent warranty gave us full confidence in choosing him. The deck is stunning, and we highly recommend Kevin for his amazing work, fair pricing, and commitment to quality!
