We hired Eric Kaza to remodel our kitchen because we desperately needed more space and wanted to update our outdated cabinets. We also had a vision of creating a mid-century modern feel in our home, and Eric truly made that possible. He listened to what we wanted and helped bring that vision to life in a way that feels both stylish and functional. The new cabinets have completely changed our kitchen — all pull-outs with so much more storage and organization. I absolutely love them. Everything has a place now, and the layout just works so much better for our family. We also added beautiful hardwood floors and a rock wall gas fireplace, which completely transformed the space. The fireplace is a stunning focal point and adds so much warmth and character, and the floors tie everything together perfectly while keeping that mid-century modern vibe we were hoping for. As with opening up any older home, we did uncover some mold. Eric worked with us immediately to get it properly taken care of, and it did not add extra time to the project. He handled everything professionally and kept things moving smoothly. We are beyond happy with the final result and so grateful for the transformation. Eric just completed renovations on my entire first floor. Eric and his team worked quickly and professionally to make my house a home. The previous design (first two photos) had the cabinets covering the windows, a non-functioning dishwasher, poor and non-compliant plumbing issues, no water to the fridge and poor installation of flooring and cabinets making the space unlivable and dangerous. Eric’s team not only did an excellent job building my kitchen and bathroom, they went above and beyond on all the tedious finishing touchups to my liking. They were very efficient and responsive throughout the process and a joy to work with. Eric is an excellent designer and worked with my preferred designs but was helpful when I was undecided on materials and layouts. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Fantastic!

I was looking for a contractor to complete and remodel my bathroom. My newly bought condo in point Loma needed some repairs and a face lift. I’m very satisfied with Eric and his team.
