I had an excellent experience working with LUX Builders on a major renovation of my home. They remodeled my existing kitchen and thoughtfully reconfigured the space to create an additional bedroom and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The craftsmanship throughout the project was truly impressive, and the quality of the finished work exceeded my expectations. Sagi Paul, the contractor, was extremely attentive to detail and remained closely involved throughout the renovation. He took the time to make sure every aspect of the project was completed properly, and I could not be happier with the end result. The entire LUX Builders team was professional, responsive, and accessible from start to finish. Mindy Lockhart and Rachael Ibarra were always available to answer questions, address my concerns, and keep me informed throughout the process. Their communication and support made a complex renovation feel much more manageable. I also greatly appreciated how respectful the construction team was of my home and property, especially since I continued living in the house during the renovation. They were courteous, considerate, and worked hard to minimize the disruption as much as possible. I would highly recommend LUX Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly skilled team for a home renovation. I am extremely pleased with the transformation of my home and the overall experience.

We found Lux Builders after our renovation plan had been approved by the city. Lux Builders consists of a team of professionals. The crew is nice, easy to communicate with, and knows how to take care of your property. For example, they take off their shoes when they enter your property and clean up when they leave. The team is responsive, always has someone pick up the phone or answer your email if you have questions. The crew is fully under Lux Builders’ name. Unlike other general contractors, which farm out jobs for specific work like framing, drywall, etc. This gives them control of your construction schedule, which we very much appreciate. They have great in-house expertise in building houses. They can directly help you directly without going through another contractor. They also have great resources, they pretty much can help you find anything you are looking for. We didn’t hire an interior designer. The team has a great relationship with the city, and we personally think this is one of the biggest benefits of working with Lux. The last thing you want is to get into trouble with the city, which will delay your project and cost you more money. If we have another house build or renovation project, I would contract Lux out of a heartbeat. If I were to do this all over again, I would have consulted with Lux before submitting my plan to the city. They do more than just construction!

Sagi and his team have worked with us on installing new windows, new HVAC and repainting the exterior of our house. All were big jobs as the house needed major updating. He walked us through the process and listened to our concerns and our desired outcome. His team would flag any issue that came up and gave us options to resolve them. They did amazing work, paid attention to every detail and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We are very happy with the results and would work with Lux Builders again.

We worked on an extensive home remodel with Lux earlier this year. We renovated bathrooms, created a mudroom, and redid the backyard of the house. The support we received from Lux throughout the project was top notch. Not only was the quality of work very high, but the communication and professionalism was thorough, timely, and supportive. Sagi went out of his way to help us through the design phases, attending showroom visits and providing thoughtful suggestions to improve upon our initial ideas, thus negating the need to have a designer brought on as part of the project. We also made the difficult decision to live in the home throughout the months-long project and they did everything they could to support us in that process, ensuring the house remained clean and as livable as possible. We would definitely work with Lux again on the next project.

Lux Builders & Remodeling recently completed a kitchen and home remodeling project for us and we are delighted with the results! Sagi Paul is patient, knowledgeable and was there for us every step of the way. With his expert design input and guidance, we removed structural walls, creating an open and spacious feel. In addition to the complete kitchen remodel, Lux installed new flooring, remodeled and updated our fireplace, and replaced our front door. Our older home was completely transformed and updated with the impeccable quality of a new construction home, increasing the value of our home tremendously! We are thrilled with the results and couldn't have been happier with the entire Lux team!
