You always worry about stuff breaking right after new tenants move in. Sure enough, this past weekend our Irvine rental had zero hot water. I looked up plumbers online, saw Precision’s work and reviews, and took a chance. Martin the owner was awesome to deal with. He understood we needed this fixed right away and had a guy at the door in a couple hours. He talked me through replacing the old unit, and they had hot water running again by nightfall. Super easy to work with and I already gave his number to a friend who needed plumbing help.

This review is long overdue! First and foremost let me start off by saying - if you are looking for a plumber I would highly recommend Martin. Anytime someone is looking for a plumber, he's the only person I recommend. We moved into our home almost 10yrs ago and since then we have had numerous plumbing issues. Our most annoying issue has been water leaks. We've had emergency issues where things happened after hours and Martin has always been there for us. We've had our water heater leaking like crazy on several occasions and he was always a phone call away. I was not surprised to see so many great reviews on google and people talking about them on Nextdoor. I know we wouldn't want to go to anyone else unless he was unavailable which hasn't ever been the case!

We've worked with Precision three times now. Each time we've been impressed with their thoroughness, quality of work, and customer service mentality. Martin the owner always went above and beyond, and most recently his tech who gave great customer service adapting the order of work around our napping kiddo. Thank you to everyone at Precision for making plumbing issues less of a headache.

Wanted to leave a quick note because these guys did a great job fixing the water situation down at our place in Mission Viejo. The technician Martin showed up right at the start of the morning schedule even though the freeway traffic heading down was completely backed up because of an accident. It took him just about three hours total to pull out the old failing tank and get the new system plumbed in correctly. The final invoice matched what his office text me earlier. Definitely using Martin and this company again for any future issues.

Had a water main leak and Martin took care of it quickly! He did an efficient, clean job! He went the extra mile and explained that he would lower the shutoff valve from its current location, so that we'd have the option to install a pressure control and smart meter later more easily. Was happy with the work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them!
