Allwest properties was amongst my top favorite company of whom I had the joy working along side daily. They are keen professional team. While I was searching for space in 2018 more than dozen times, they were there alongside for me as my agent protecting my integrity and rights against the landlord. They would go every step of the way making sure every single clause in the contract is covered as well as explaining every sentence in a real estate contract. This place is a real deal. I look forward to definitely working side by side in the future and I would highly recommend Allwest. Way to go Janet and Craig. I am product of your work and dedications.

Janet was the most amazing realtor! She made the process so easy and she REALLY cares about you finding the perfect space. She's answered all of my questions in timely manners, was available for me when I needed her, and was there every step of the way. The first place we looked at for my boudoir studio was the one, and she worked hard on her end to fight for everything I wanted, and needed and made it happen! The whole team was incredible and they are not only wonderful at their jobs, but they are truly genuine people. I'm happy to say I came out of the experience mind blown, and with a few new friends!

So extremely happy with the prompt service and professionalism at Allwest Properties! Craig Wise and his team have secured two leases for our business and we look forward to many more successful locations with Allwest!

All west has great options for commercial real estate in orange county ca and the staff is very helpful.

I was very lucky to find Allwest during a very difficult time. I was moving and needed to rent out my condo but had no idea how to go about it. The best thing I did was hire Allwest! They were able to help me with everything from finding a tenant to finding contractors to fix up the condo to make it rentable. I now rent out my condo and don't even think about it. Allwest takes care of everything for me. If there is ever an issue with my condo, I know that Craig and his staff have it handled. If I could hire Allwest to handle all other parts of my life, I would!
