I communicated with Regan for a year in anticipation of the sale of our mother's home. She was always upbeat, present and helpful - and always made herself available. When the time came to put it on the market, she provided first class connections to cleaners, haulers, and gardeners. When the house (in poorly maintained condition) was prepped Regan ran an expedited sale that brought in more than we had anticipated and a very short escrow. This was a Trust sale, about which she was very knowledgeable. Regan is a delight to work with and I recommend her highly.

We worked with Regan to sell our Mom's house in Laguna Beach. The sale went well, but unfortunately, it was a trust sale with three siblings. Regan was contracted by one of the siblings, and we felt that she mostly worked with that sibling and did not include our branch of the family in discussions or decisions in a way that felt comfortable. Also, we have worked with other realtors who really help you out, provide resources when you need them, and stay in touch. Escrow closed very fast, and we were the family in the region who had to finish packing up the house. We got a 10-day leaseback to finish, even though 21 days had been discussed. We had a large piano, a beloved antique that we needed moved, and asked Regan for help of any kind, but did not get any response until the last day, when she asked if we were out yet. We had to have the piano picked up by a junk man. Very sad. We could have used more assistance. And a tiny thing: She earned a very high commission and still charged us a $500 document fee on top of it, and that felt a little —well —it didn't feel good.

Regan did a wonderful job finding us our new home. As first-time homebuyers, it can be nerve-wracking but Regan made it an easy and seamless process throughout. She was professional, transparent, and in constant communication from start to finish. Very appreciative of Regan and her team for helping us find our perfect home!
