Customer Service is crap!! Called to schedule an estimate. Eugene was friendly and said the he didn’t think they could complete my project within my budget but wanted me to speak with his manager just to be sure. Well this women gets on the phone and says you think you can get material & labor for that much. I said I don’t expect anything, Eugene wanted me to speak with you. It’s a yes or no question???? She was speaking to me in such a rude manner so sarcastic annd demeaning ! She said yeah it’s possible for double that. So I said that’s a no then right. Simple why are you speaking at me and not to me? I’m looking for estimates and giving you my budget before your company gets here. How am I supposed to know how much it costs. I can’t believe they allowed her to speak to anyone! Plus the quote she gave me was $2000 more that what Empire gave me!

I am in love with my new hardwood floors! The color is beautiful, and the finish feels silky when you walk on them. The installers were professional, respectful, and worked quickly; they finished earlier than expected.

Our living room floors were very uneven and worn. The new hardwood installation is flawless: level, smooth, and the color selection they recommended was perfect. So happy with the end result!

These guys are serious about hardwood flooring. The stain was rich, the finish was impeccable, and every edge was sanded to perfection. Our space feels warmer and more elegant now. Highly recommend if you care about the details.

Ariel hardfloors just installed hardwoods throughout our home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did. We wanted to change out our old tile floors and decided to go with hard wood floors. Ariel was not only superb at installing these with precision but they also gave us tips for the upkeep to have our floors last as long as possible. Will definitely be using them in the future to polish and refinish when the time comes
