Absolutely recommend Cityflow services...! When my AC broke, I was looking for a reliable company with a good price to offer. Cityflow (Mark) was fast and efficient and helped me feel secure in selecting the best AC option for my home. Quick installment for my new unit, and the installers where friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

This review is long overdue. I have had my fair share of unreliable, untrustworthy HVAC contractors until I met Mark from CityFlow Heating and Air. From the beginning, Mark was honest and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't really need. He was thorough in his inspection of my unit, and when I had him service my unit, he included services that other contractors charged extra for. I now use CityFlow for all my HVAC maintenance and services and have even had them install a whole-house humidity system that works great for me and my family. If you are in need of a licensed, honest, and trustworthy HVAC contractor who stands by his work, then call CityFlow. You won't be disappointed.

Mark and his team were great. The quality of the job was phenomenal. Everything was above board and his word actually means something. Mark and his team were incredibly patient with us, ensuring we understood every single detail and when we had an issue, they immediately sought out to fix it. He completely changed our system in a day and even when electric came to our house, he stopped by to ensure the job was carried out to his incredibly high standard. I highly recommend CityFlow 10/10 professionals

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Cityflow Heating and Air Conditioning, and I must say, it was nothing short of outstanding. Mark, the technician, was a true professional who displayed an impressive level of expertise and dedication to his work. Mark arrived right on schedule, which was greatly appreciated given my busy day. His knowledge of HVAC systems was evident as he efficiently diagnosed and resolved the issue. The repair was completed with such skill that my system has been running flawlessly ever since. What really set Mark apart was his courteous demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. In summary, Cityflow Heating and Air Conditioning, with Mark’s exceptional service, has earned my highest recommendation. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. If you’re in need of HVAC services, look no further than Cityflow.

Mark installed new HVAC at my place last summer (in 2023), so I’ve now used it for AC last summer, heating over the winter, and now AC again this year (2024). I am completely happy with everything, and I would recommend City Flow to anybody without hesitation. Just like others are saying on here, Mark was always on time, clear, and was super easy to work with. 100% would recommend!
