Had a great experience with both Ryan and technician Tyler. Our business's AC went out just before a busy weekend and we were desperate to get it fixed so that our team members and clients would not be impacted by the heat wave that was forecast. These guys understood the urgency and went out of their ways to help us. So grateful that we found US1!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Ryan. I just got my 16 year old fur baby back from her 2nd ER visit in two days. She has a high fever over 106 and I MUST do cooling measures for her. Then my AC quits! I called and Ryan answered and I was a mess crying and in terrible need of someone to help me Ryan to the rescue. He came over within an hour, troubleshooting our AC AND brought over 2 portable AC units to help me with my fur baby. He’s listed as Ryan The Hero in my phone! I will NOT call anyone else. I spoke with Tina first thing this morning and have a technician coming out this afternoon. So wonderful and helpful. This company is amazing and they are EXTREMELY helpful no matter your situation. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

So pleased with the service I got from Tyler today. After finding it was an electrical problem with my air conditioner, I asked if he could recommend an electrician. He contacted one and spoke to him, telling him my issue, and I have an appointment for an electrician to check it out. Tyler was so helpful. He also did some cleaning of my air conditioner where it was sorely needed.

Tyler was at our house all day replacing the coil in our air-conditioning system. It was a long and difficult job, but he stayed on it all day long and was available to answer any questions I asked. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would hire him and the company again. The air condition works and It's finally cool in our house!
