We have gone through three different companies because nobody seems to have any integrity. This company here has all kinds of integrity. The technician is smart, courteous , and goes out of his way to do the job.Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Showed up and did exactly what they came out to do .very satisfied with this Company.!We were using Infinity air in Orange county and they did nothing but rip us off infinity did not do the service we had a contract with them to do. I am also certified in this business and I watched the technician work very skilled at what he does. I would definitely recommend this company. Five stars completely satisfied.

We received an inspection today and an estimate for replacement units. The communication has been absolutely incredible, the technician was thorough and extremely professional, there was no pressure to buy immediately, and there has been appropriate follow up. They were able to complete this large job in a few hours and were so careful with our floors and walls. Friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jimmy came out on a Saturday and fixed what another AC compnay could not. He was great at explaining what was wrong and went above and beyond to get our AC working in the heat of the summer!! Happy to recommend them!! RS

We cannot say enough good things about Biard & Crockett. They installed our brand-new AC systems and have gone above and beyond helping us troubleshoot an extremely frustrating issue after we moved into our condo. The home we purchased had clearly been neglected for years, and we mistakenly assumed that replacing the AC units and air handlers would automatically give us clean, fresh air. What we later discovered was that biofilm and buildup in the drain lines were causing an awful odor throughout our entire small condo—so bad that it was affecting my sleep and quality of life. What impressed us most was that Biard & Crockett didn't just install the equipment and walk away. They came back out multiple times, listened to our concerns, and genuinely cared about helping us get to the root of the problem. They cleaned the drain lines, helped identify the source of the odor, cleaned our ductwork, and even installed a purification system to make sure every possible issue was addressed. As someone who suffers from severe asthma, their concern for my health and well-being meant the world to me. Every technician we worked with was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and determined to help us find a solution. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Biard & Crockett truly exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile. I will happily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services and will always appreciate everything they have done for our family.

The central air system for our condo was old as the building. Which was built in 1979. Because the unit was in the ceiling with little to space to remove it. Plus had a major refrigerant leak. The first three HVAC companies did not want to deal with it. Biard and Crockett came on Thursday, April 9th, 2026 to assess and give a quote. Thankfully my landlord agreed to the cost for full system replacement. Which was under 14k. Baird and Crockett scheduled to work with my (tenant) availability. April 16th, 2026 Two Baird and Crockett HVAC specialist arrived at 0928am. They started working right away. A third person HVAC specialist came approximately 1130am to assist. They were all very nice and had great communication. As Baird and Crockett assessed. The project only to took them one day. They finished at 4pm. 04/20/2026 1815 I spoke with Herbert (drywall sub contractor for Baird and Crockett). We scheduled the ceiling drywall repair for this Thursday at 9am. 04/23/2026 0910 Herbert called upon his arrival. He got to work right away. He finished at 1045am. He did a great job. I took three pictures of his work.
