Why retail tenants in San Diego work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

J Brown helped us out about a year ago getting our 4 unit multi family building painted and repaired. It would be impossible for the HOA to agree to replace the old siding, but J Brown came in, scraped, repaired, replaced, and painted making it look decades newer and buying us years on our old home. We recently needed some touch ups in our unit and they were extremely easy to work with. Gudiel was amazing. No short cuts here. Everything was done with great skill and attention to detail. J brown will have our business for life.

This is the second time we booked Justin for painting the interior of our second home. The team exceeded our expectations, finished on time, and communicative. We would recommend Justin to anyone and would love to work with the team again.

Our drywall repair went flawlessly! Luke was super professional and quiet. We barely knew he was at the house during the three day drywall repair. Everything was cleaned and picked up every day. I highly recommend JBrown Painting!

I had a great experience working with Zach and team on my home project a few weeks back. The communication was very smooth from the start. I had the color of my desire picked and schedule was also reasonable. The team who did the job (Armondo and Lucas) was very professional. They showed up on time and did a very thorough and detailed work on both my fence and door. In the end, there was a final walk through and things to pay attention to section. I am very satisfied with the job and definitely consider using their service in future.
