I’m just starting a job today to re-stucco and paint the interior of my entire home in Bonita. I’m gonna start this review because I’m so thrilled with the process today. I’d like to say I got six separate estimates from different companies. Although Carlos was not the least expensive, he was by far the most professional. I will keep you posted but so far I’ve gotten nothing but positive impressions about the ease of doing business and professionalism that I’ve seen so far.

I hired Qualico a couple of weeks ago to paint my ceiling. I needed it completed within a couple of days to meet a deadline. Carlos responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes and came to my house the same day to survey the project. He provided a fair and reasonable price so I hired him. He had a painter out the next day. Everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the quality of the painting. Carlos was very professional and polite throughout the process. He is one of the few contractors that makes full use of technology to manage his services. He exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to hire him again.
