Why retail tenants in San Diego work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We had Ross Painting Group paint our exterior and I’m really glad we went with them. The estimate was straightforward and easy to understand — no pressure, no confusion, just clear communication from the beginning.
The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and paid attention to the little details. Chilo especially did an amazing job — you can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. The house looks so much better now, clean and refreshed.
Overall just a smooth, stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Ross painting group is fantastic! The team is professional, efficient, and made my home look perfect with the interior painting. They helped me confidently choose colors before starting and used high-quality Sherwin-Williams products. I really appreciated working directly with the owner, Victor, from the initial bid through final touch-ups. Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

From the first visit to the final walkthrough everything felt organized, transparent, and way too easy. The quote came quickly, the timeline was real, and the finished work looks like my house got promoted. The color is perfect, the details are crisp, and they somehow made the whole place look newer without changing anything else. My only problem now is that the rest of my home is underperforming compared to the paint job. If you want reliable, fast, and genuinely high-quality work with zero weird surprises, Ross Painting Group is it.

He took his time to make sure everything looked perfect and was very respectful of my space. I highly recommend Victor and his team to anyone looking for high-quality painting work. I will definitely use their services again!
