My wife owns an inn and has been locked out of her account for 24 hours! As a multifamily developer who also owns a property management company, I can’t imagine being locked out of my business for 24 hours. Cloud beds has provided at zero tech-support, and their customer service has been nonexistent. I guess it’s time to look for another STR software package after over five years of using cloud beds. Shame on you, cloud beds!

I wish I could give a higher review but this software gives me nothing but trouble. They don’t have a customer service line to call they only allow you to email and then for some reason they haven’t been charging my card that is on autopay and now I can’t get logged in. They haven’t never reached out to me for payment and now I can’t even help my customers. What a sad way to treat your clients, just communicate or better yet charge me when you’re supposed to. Would not recommend.

An amazing, well-equipped platform that takes off the weight of having to worry every second about the control of our hotel/inn and allows us to spend more time creating and innovating. I would certainly recommend it to anyone out there looking to having time and commodity in their hands. Its effectiveness is absurd and most importantly they're really there to help you if anything should come up at anytime.
