I have been buying server hardware from DiscTech at least since 2016. It has always been a good positive experience and very reasonable prices. Whenever I buy something, I don't have the feeling that I am buying from some random online store. It feels like I am buying from a local neighborhood store. A few times I have needed help to make sure I get the right product and their support has been great. Most recently I needed a new hard drive and Val went above and beyond to make sure I get the HD that would work for me. Thank you DiscTech.

Greate customer support. We needed new disks for 2 "old" Dell servers and as I didn't know how Disctech would perform, I was cautious and ordered just for one of the servers. Val double checked the disks with our server tags and did a great follow up, assisting us through oversea shipment with Fedex. I ended up buying for the other server and even added extra RAM for both of them.

These guys are simply one of the best companies I've worked with for hard drives service support on the phone help if you need any hard drives don't hesitate these guys are top notch

Excellent products, value and service from DiscTech. I had a FedEx Ground delivery issue with my order. Brian at DiscTech was very friendly and quickly helped out even though it was 100% an issue with FedEx. Very pleased that people at DiscTech care about their customers.
