Worst company ever! Placed order for 2 items. After 2 weeks w/o any shipment, I contacted via email asked for an update. I received an email saying one item was discontinued but they will ship the other item. Within an hour I contacted them saying to cancel as the 2nd item was a wifi adapter for the first item, so I don't want it. I was told it was too late and I would have to ship the item back at my own cost. This is all within 2 hours of my sending the first email asking for an update. When FedEx tried to deliver the item, I rejected it and asked them to return to sender. They have now had my item back for 2 weeks and are giving me a runaround about refunding my money. During all of this I contacted them by phone 3 times and escalating 2 managers up without any support. Historically I liked their products and have bought a lot of devices for the office. I will never buy from Poly again. If you must buy from them, use a store like BestBuy and DO NOT buy through their online store.
