I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Business Phone Systems was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it. We placed a service call with this company for a very basic issue: the time setting on our phone system was incorrect. When the technician arrived, not only did they fail to fix the issue, but it quickly became apparent that they lacked a fundamental understanding of the system. Something as simple as setting the correct time—an elementary task for any technician familiar with the system—was left unresolved. A manager had to return the next day and, to their credit, resolved the issue in just 15 minutes. That alone should highlight the unnecessary complications and inefficiency caused by the initial visit. To add insult to injury, we were billed for 4.5 hours of service. Let me be perfectly clear: if that level of incompetence is what your company considers billable time, we will absolutely not be using your services again. In my 30 years in business, this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I’ve encountered. I will be informing every business contact I have about this interaction to ensure others don’t waste their time or money.
