I inquired. They stalked my phone until I finally agreed to a demo. Did the demo. Got set up. When I played around with it before our official onboarding, I quickly realized it wasn't what they sold. The VIN scanning and picture taking was nothing like I needed. I stopped the onboarding and told them it wasn't going to work. He told me to send an email right away explaining. They have continuously charged my card every month, despite receiving an email confirmation that the account was canceled, the funds would be returned, and I would no longer be charged. It's insane.

I wouldn’t suggest shop boss, they will call you every 6 hours trying to sign you up but then will never answer their help line…. There whole system was down for 6 days this week, coating my Shop 20+ thousand dollars during out busiest time of the year…Called us numerous times in hopes of us to sell the product for them by talking with there potential customers… should have went with my initial feeling about this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Edit : still no phone call back after calling numerous times this week, they might have called from an unknown Florida cell number, but are based out of California and never left a voicemail after missing the call….. no have no clue if that was even them or not.

I have used shopboss for several years. And here lately this is the worst system ever. It does not run half the time. They never really fix any issues. And I haven't been able too check out a customer in 3 days UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE THE only thing y'all get 99% right is telling customers you will fix an issue that never gets fixed. Also not answering the phone when there are issues

So far... not impressed. Site goes down a lot... when you call tech support to figure out what's going on... no one answers. You leave a voicemail and no one calls back. Hard to run your business off the software when all scheduling, invoicing, payment and everything else goes through a site that is down way too often.

I've been with Shop Boss for roughly around a year now, and I absolutely love what all they have to offer with this software. It's easy to navigate, was pretty easy to get everything integrated together with quickbooks, API, 360 payments , & partstech. Always have some amazing top quality customer service especially from Kyle, he's always been prompt to help and has never huffed or puffed at any of my many questions or oopsies I've made. The only comparison for this system I've ever used prior to was shop monkey and I can honestly say I truly enjoy this system way more. Also if you are looking for a killer DVI especially one built in, Shop Boss DVI Boss is next to none. I just really started integrating it into my daily operation in January and my ARO from doing the digital vehicle inspections grew by over $1,000 per RO. ( I'd give more details, but I'm unsure if that's allowed, I hope I can at least share that much in this review. I've still got more to learn on how to properly utilize this system to it's full potential, however just with the growth this system has helped me with, I fully recommend you giving them a try.
