We have a flat roof and had zero experience replacing a roof. Not only did we need to find the right roofer but also the right material. Jaime at J&A was extremely patient and answered all of our questions about every flat roof option. We communicated by phone and email multiple times to ensure everything was in order. We worked together to gain approval from the solar company to safely and securely remove and reinstall our solar panels. Each part of the project was managed well. Vendors were called in to scrape down the roof and you said it doesn't materials. The project was done in a few days. All was done at the best price of the 6 comparable quotes received. Jaime and his team worked quickly, they were on time, and did everything they said they would. They made for a very positive first time roof experience.
