Just bought a home Carlsbad with a 40 year old roof. Dils Roofing did a very thorough inspection and identified multiple patches and fixes to ensure there were no leaks. Any issues that arise they handle with such care and genuine concern to make it right. Everyone that I have worked with from the owner to the director or to the project manager, they have all been super responsive (usually day of or within the hour), take every request seriously and timely, respond to emergencies quickly and support me in my role when I need things quickly to share with the Board.
