Called multiple roofing companies this morning, Schott Roofing and Construction were very friendly and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they answered all my questions thoroughly and left me with a better understanding of drip edge/ gutter systems and how they work.

I had a great experience working with Schott for my bathroom and closet remodel. I really appreciate that Troy is not just some guy who shows up in a polo to do your quote and you never see him again. He is the business owner and he was on site all the time working alongside the other guys making sure stuff is getting done right. The majority of the work was done by Schott employees who show up in Schott trucks. After working with other contractors, I think this really contributed to that fact that there was someone working on our project every day once demo started (sometimes even weekends) until it was done. Troy is licensed and pulled a permit for us as well. We passed our inspections with no issues. Whenever I had a concern it was taken care of quickly. I also appreciate their competitive pricing and they never asked for extra money unless it was something I asked to be added beyond the original scope.

My wooden shingle roof project was a demanding and challenging project. Very steep and filled with design details that required exceptional skill. Jerry and the team at Schott exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Completing on-time and on-budget. Also their termite repair crew are professional craftsman and made difficult repairs look new again. Schott's attention to detail and great communication are refreshing in today's world. I highly recommend them!

The best service in our experience, with first roof installation in 2003 and then repair recently in 2019 and 2021. This is a class A company, the staff is of the highest integrity and extremely accommodating. They changed the service date to accommodate a family emergency we had and were so kind to come back at a later date. Fast, professional, high quality, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will not consider anyone else for any of our other homes and for future repairs and highly recommend then without any hesitation to anyone needing any sort of roofing work!
