Robert did an excellent job explaining the different products and the cost involved. We were also impressed that they provided a senior discount and a good pricing on the servicing. Frank was very explanatory about the problem with our tankless water heater And what it is that caused the difficulties. He shared different options to replace it which we found to be justified and reasonable.

Johnny, Luis and Mauricio were excellent. We had a complete system replacement done and they were very professional. They were polite and kept me informed as they completed each phase of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Marathin for any HVAC project.

My first appointment was canceled same day, someone supposedly became injured and they needed to reschedule. The second appountmenr, the service tech Matt, was great. He was prompt, he explained what he was doing while he was doing it. My reason for the lower rating is because the maintenance comes with a filter replacement. The didn't have my size (and didn't ask before coming out). So, my maintenance service didn't result in a clean filter. I was told I could just order on my own. Sure. Except it was supposed to be part of my service. They could have at least adjusted the cost to reflect that. Otherwise a pretty standard service.

Victor did a great job servicing our air conditioning unit. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. We appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions without making anything seem overly complicated. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and our AC has been working great ever since. What we appreciated most was that Victor didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary products or services. He focused on fixing the problem and getting everything back up and running. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to recommend Victor to anyone needing air conditioning service.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and Marathon Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue and did not disappoint at all. Larry and Roberto showed up on time and were reassuring, understanding, professional, and overall knowledgeable. The day after, the day the work was done, Larry and Victor were onsite from 8:30 am until 7:30 pm. Full job was done, everything was cleaned up and we were left very satisfied with everything that was taken care of. We highly appreciate and recommend Marathon’s plumbing services.
