Excellent experience with Ultimate Air Conditioning. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and got the problem fixed quickly. I really appreciated the honest service and no-pressure approach. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service from Ultimate Air Conditioning. They were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and everything was left in good condition. It’s refreshing to find an HVAC company that is honest and actually cares about its customers.

Ultimate Air has been so efficient with scheduling various HVAC repairs at multiple properties. Their technicians are knowledgeable and provide friendly, courteous service. We get expert recommendations for best long-term solutions which helps us budget and prioritize HVAC repair and replacement projects. They are always helpful, even during super-busy seasons, and provide excellent customer service. Thanks to Abby, Joseph and the entire team at Ultimate Air!!!!

Ultimate Air Cond'g Inc. really delivered for us - first of all, Abby went out of her way to get us an appointment even during this heat wave, and even though we were new customers. Then, Joseph was able to revitalize our incredibly old heat pump so that we are no longer suffering in the swelter. Who knows how long it will last, but meanwhile, he really saved our bacon! They are easy to work with, reliable, skilled and *honest* - they are All The Things ... run don't walk to your telephone, if you need hvac help!!

I called on Sunday afternoon, they immediately returned the call and showed up to fix the system. BJ was great, friendly, professional and fast. In and out within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Ultimate Air!
