We paid $150 in application fees between three applicants, then waited over two weeks with almost no communication. The only response came from an AI chatbot that couldn’t answer our questions or connect us with a real person. We were ultimately denied with a generic explanation despite having a qualified application. The lack of transparency, communication, and customer service made this very frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend applying here under any means . unethical

The team at McIntire Kingstone has been very helpful and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is always courteous and professional. It's been a positive experience renting through them.

My daughter and I lived at the 5626 Sultana Ave. location for a little over 2 years, It was a great experience! Property manager Arleen Mceachern was amazing and always so quick to resolve any issues. My other daughter currently lives in the complex and was the one who told me about the property. We never had any issues, any maintenance requests were handled and taken care of withing a day or two, always done with such professionalism and the best attitude . Neighbors in the complex are always friendly. It is a great neighborhood to take an evening walk with or without pets. Parking is like any other location only hectic on trash days, but overall it is well worth living here! So quiet and peaceful

Where to start. I doubt the owner of 241 West Wilson will see this review but if she does.... Your property is the worst I have seen it in my 20 years here. The long time resistance are in agreement. The manger we used have was in her 80's. Every morning Monday through Sunday she walked the property and picked up the garbage with her little broom and dust pan. The landscaping crew kept the place beautiful. Many of my guest remarked on this. Now we have this management who are well.... We have garbage now all over the property.. we have rats that go through the garbage. I have to clean rat droppings from my patio furniture and son's toys. We have people parked in front of the garbage blocking access to it. The pool heater is going on two years of being broken. Now we have regular pool parties with loud music and alcohol with glass in the pool area. The rules says only 2 guest per unit. This is never enforced. The worst during the pool parties is the gate is left open so people can come and go. I'm not sure but I believe every pool has to have a secure gate and fence. I miss the old management because they enforced the rules of the contract and kept the property clean . Owner if you read this and care about your property you need to take a survey with your tenants about this company. Read the current reviews they are trending down. Also note they do not reply to the 1 star reviews.

I am currently renting an apartment managed by this company and they are awful with maintenance requests. I filled a request because I have a leak in my roof since November and the only thing they have done is sent 4 different companies for quotes but no work done yet. I reminded the building manager about this issue a week ago since I saw the forecast for a weeklong raining condition and her excuse was that they authorized the repairs but didn’t know why the company hasn’t come (no one has contacted me to arrange the maintenance visit). Today it rained all afternoon and my restroom is unusable since the leak falls right on the toilet, my floor is flooded and my 6yo slipped and almost fell. On top of all this they sent me a notice of monthly payment increase which we refuse to pay since they are unable to provide a service for our own safety. If you are a building owner DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUILDING TO THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE. We have spoken to many of our neighbors and they say the building had been good with maintenance until the recent change in management. We love our apartment and the neighbors but they are really forcing us to look for another option.
